About Us = Experience

Paul has been dancing since he was 7 years old - and has experience in tap, jazz, ballet, modern, ballroom. More recently he has discovered Zumba - a format that combines dance and fitness. After having recieved his license to teach Zumba in Feb 2010, he has also gotten licensed to teach Zumba Gold, Zumbatomic (a kids Zumba program), and Aqua Zumba.

Paul Schneider has been in the fitness industry since 2004 when he became a certified personal trainer through NCSF. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science Education in Rcreation, Health, and Human Performance (minors in both theater and dance) from UW Whitewater in 2008.

He has interned at several of the Green Bay YMCA facilities as well as Oneida Family Fitness. Paul is currently leading Aqua Zumba classes at the Green Bay YWCA, Gold's Gym, and Titletown Fitness.

Paul found yoga to be a great fit with his dance and martial arts training. He started studying yoga in college, and began teaching in 2009. In addition to teaching land yoga classes, he also teaches water yoga.

I've had a bad back for several years and since I started doing Zumba last fall, my back feels much better. Also, the fact that I had my right knee replaced last summer hasn't stopped me either. While I am not able to jump on it as much as I'd like to, you allow everyone to work at their own pace. Our class is made up of all ages and shapes yet we all seem to have a good time. Everyone is so busy watching what you will be doing next that we do not notice what the other person is doing.
